The ranch is located in Hunting unit 26 with over the counter elk tags and the ranch qualifies for landowner deer vouchers. The ranch also provides great habitat and water for grouse. The combination of irrigated hay fields, aspens and a nice pine pocket the ranch has excellent hunting capabilities. The National forest is a short distance away providing multiple opportunities to fish, hike and enjoy. Steamboat Springs is within 30 minutes and the Vail valley is within 1 and 1/2 hours from the ranch.
The Yampa Ranch is a great opportunity to own a part of the American west in the heart of the Yampa Valley just a short distance from major ski resort destinations. The ranch is also located a hour from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport and just over 3 hours from the Denver International Airport.
